A: Yes, we deliver, set up, and collect your bouncy castle for you. We make sure everything is ready to go so you can focus on enjoying the event.
Q: How far do you travel?
A: We are able to travel outside of London, but charges will apply for delivery and collection
Q: Is the bouncy castle safe for my child?
A: Absolutely! All our bouncy castles are regularly inspected, maintained, and fully insured to meet the highest safety standards.
Q: How long can we use the bouncy castle?
A: You can hire our bouncy castles for a full day (up to 6 Hour Hire), with flexible delivery times to suit your event. Please enquire about pricing. If you require it for longer get in touch for full pricing
Q: Do you have more themes available?
A: Currently, we offer Spider-Man, Dinosaur, and Jungle (Wild One!) themed castles, but we’re always looking to expand our range. Keep an eye out for new themes coming soon!
Q: What payment types do you accept?
A: We accept Cash / Bank Transfer / Debit & Credit Cards* (Debit Cards incur 2% Fee / Credit Cards incur 5% Fee) Card payments will need to be made atleast 3 days in advanced prior to the booking.
